Ehonica Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Ehonica (the "App"), provided by StudioNewWorld. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to their respective policies.

2. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, especially the free-word input features, you agree not to submit or generate content that is illegal, violent, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, belong to StudioNewWorld. You may use the generated picture books for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the generated content without our explicit permission.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

5. Service Modification and Suspension

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or downtime of the Service.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioNewWorld is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
